Situated in the basement of the building, this room is accessed via a separate internal staircase. It is 9m x 6m. This windowless room is ideal for private or business meetings, keynote presentations, and can seat up to 18/20 in "Board Room" style, up to 30 in "Theatre" style. (New photograph to follow)
It has been newly re-carpeted, and has newly installed tea/coffee making facilities. It is furnished with board room style tables and chairs (not shown) kindly donated to us from Mr A Brooks in 2018 from Macclesfield Activy Centre when unfortunately it had to close. A white board, projector and screen are also available on request. A quiet and comfortable training/meeting room space.
This room is available for hire from £10.00 an hour up to 6p.m. from £12.50 an hour after 6 p.m., and Friday, Saturday and Sunday from £20.00 an hour.
The small car park at the front of the building only holds approximately 12 vehicles. NB The land behind the Hall does not belong to us, and may not be used to extend parking facilities, but there is also street parking on Union Road

This room has a special reinforced ceiling which was designed when Morton Hall was originally built as an air raid shelter and social club for the nearby Hovis Mill workers back in 1939.
Its usual setting is "Board Room" not shown here, but can sometimes be booked to be used in "Theatre Style" as shown here or "Class Room" style.

To make all booking enquiries please first check our published calendar which shows availability. Look ar our room descriptions to see which meats your needs, and then complete our Hallmark booking request form.
We will aim to get back to you within 24 hours except at weekends and bank holiday weekends or Hall closure periods.
Please remember to include, maximum numbers likely to attend, and setting up and clearning away time e.g. a two hour children's party will require a MINIMUM of 3 hrs. We then get back to you asap to confirm continued availability and a price.
