Morton Hall Community Centre, in Macclesfield, Cheshire is a small registered charity and not for profit organisation, run solely by a few volunteers.
The Main Hall and the four other areas are available to hire on a weekly, term-time only, six monthly, or for a one-off basis for daytime children's parties, exhibitions, fundraising events, funeral wakes, cultural celebrations, meetings, rehearsals, filming, training and classes. The Community Centre is closed for two weeks over Christmas and for the New Year, and for all Bank Holidays and Bank Holiday weekends.

MAIN HALL (up to 100 people including children)– From £15.00 an hour. From £20.00 an hour after 6p.m., from £30.00 an hour for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. (NB prices are calculated on numbers attending and type of use.)
Full use of the kitchen for food preparation, or heating/warming or cooking food. Price on application,(Please pre-book this facilitiy.)
The Basement Hovis Room (Seats 18/20 people in "Board Room" style, and up to 30 people in "Theatre" style – From £10.00 an hour, from £12.50 from 6p.m. and from £20.00 an hour on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
The Office (up to 6 people; located under the stage) and The Committee Room (up to 6 people also under the stage is also automatically booked with the Multi-Purpose Room. Price per hour available on application. Both these areas are accessed via the side entrance. They may only be booked in conjuction with other booked areas, which includes use as Dressing Rooms for theatre productions, and shows.
The Basement – Multi-purpose Room (seats up to 30 in fixed "classroom style" and up to 40 in "Theatre Style" ) Accessed by the side entrance – from £12.50 an hour; from £17.50 an hour after 6p.m. and from £25.00 Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Ideal for Training and Meetings where more space is required for physical training or rehearsals, when the Main Hall is not available.
New 2020! Tea and Coffee making facilities are now available in or adjacent to all five areas. Please bring your own supplies.

To make all booking enquiries please first check our published calendar which shows availability. Look ar our room descriptions to see which meats your needs, and then complete our Hallmark booking request form.
We will aim to get back to you within 24 hours except at weekends and bank holiday weekends or Hall closure periods.
Please remember to include, maximum numbers likely to attend, and setting up and clearning away time e.g. a two hour children's party will require a MINIMUM of 3 hrs. We then get back to you asap to confirm continued availability and a price.
