As well as using wisely the income from bookings, Morton Hall also benefits from the work of volunteers, donations and successful funding bids from relevant bodies.
Thanks to grant funding of £16,566.79 by the New Homes Bonus Scheme received in June 2019 we have been able to make many improvements to our facilities over the last year. Some were required by health and safety legislation, and maintenance, but also existing facilities have been improved both cosmetically and functionally. This has opened up and improved some little used areas of the building, making them self contained. We therefore can now offer 5 areas available to hire increasing availability and types of bookings to enable greater use of our unique community resource.
Tescos kindly donated tables that we are using in the Multi-activity Room.
Staff from Astra Zeneca kindly donated their time and expertise to paint in various areas in Morton Hall, including the Multi-Activity Room.
We are a non-profit organisation, and a registered charity run entirely by a very small group of Volunteers. If you would like to support us in any way, please read the Volunteer page, and then Contact us via the Contact page
